We originated in 2016 as an international single family office focusing on real and infrastructure investment in the U.S. and abroad. With approximately $60 million in capital and assets under management, we have now grown into an industry agnostic private equity fund with a focus on growth equity opportunities.

Who We Are

Lidell Page

Managing Director

Lidell Page has practiced law for over 20 years and has been a partner at large international law firms. During his career, he has specialized in representing private equity firms, family offices, and banks. Since 2017, Mr, Page has acted as CEO and general counsel for an international family office.

Ellis Martin

Director

Ellis Martin is the founder of The Ellis Martin Report, a terrestrial radio resource for small and mid-cap public companies seeking access to an audience of over 5 million potential investors. Mr. Martin is currently the CEO of Martin Laboratories, LLC, a New Mexico corporation.

Tom Glenn

Director

Thomas C. Glenn Ph. D. graduated from the Department of Pharmacology at UC Irvine in 1995. He is a professor emeritus in the department of Neurosurgery at UCLA. His research focus was in the field of human traumatic brain injury. Mr. Glenn is currently president of Glenn Scientific Consulting and serves as a grant reviewer for NASA.

Target Investments

Although we will consider all investment opportunities, our preference are companies with an EBITDA of at least $2 million. We also finance infrastructure and real estate projects as well as select venture capital opportunities.
